Previously, Brooks Marshall Ltd saw the expansion of the business with Ollie Marshall into a super prime team focusing on investment and development projects, high end sales and an enviable reach into international markets particularly MENAS and the Middle East. Over £1.75 billion worth of transactions was achieved in this period.

Marija Tatalovic is an English qualified solicitor with extensive experience in real estate investment management and private equity, specialising in fund structuring and cross-border transactions.  Successfully advising on complex legal matters related to asset management, commercial negotiations, and governance for various real estate ventures, including private equity funds and development projects across Europe.

Marija is a skilled communicator and negotiator, proficient in underwriting analysis and asset management strategies, with a strong track record of collaborating with legal and commercial teams. She is fluent in English, German, Spanish, and Serbo-Croatian, with intermediate proficiency in French.

As a team we are very lucky to have her on board given her huge depth of professionalism and knowledge globally.
